You have to go around the property to get things as promised. Otherwise they won't care despite the 100% advance

chaotic experience
Chaotic experience with Fairlie Hotel and Resort. I had an event on 8th October 2022. It is an engagement event for which I booked Bliss Hall and also booked 33 rooms and 1 room was given to me as an extra by the hotel. They required an increase in the number of hotel staff in the porter department and there is a great need to improve the hotel's room service. Many times the hotel gave my guest cold food and delayed the order. Even at the banquet I faced a lot of problems with lazy staff and complaints from my guests about the cold food. And the food (snacks) was served to my guest in cheap disposable plates. The bride and groom were not served any food, they had to ask the serving department operator (Mr. Thomas) many times to serve the food on time. As the waiter giggled in the corners during the event. Some of my guests tipped the waiter in advance to bring hot food as soon as possible. We had to argue with the manager 3-4 times to ensure proper food for my banquet guest and room service as they excused themselves that "there is some interference with room service". Which is why hardly any food was served to my guests in the room. Guests had to call the reception frequently for food and water. The unethical behavior of the service staff at the hotel and especially at the banquet affected my reputation in front of the guests. Since I met all the advance payment requirements before the function date, they still couldn't fulfill their side of the bargain. I am very disappointed with their behavior and especially the service at the banquet.
I personally do not recommend the Fairlie Hotel and Resort to anyone for any event at their property.

Full score for service
We booked the Country Inn & Suites for my wedding. The experience was breathtaking and the staff was very friendly and very cooperative. We booked the venue for 2 days and organized our mehendi, haldi and wedding here. Although the location of the place was a bit difficult to track down, nothing can beat the kind of service they provided. The food was very tasty and the staff took care of the cleanliness of the room and took all the safety measures and everything was at a high level. Also our themed decor was pink and gold which was very nicely done.

Was disappointed
I am really disappointed with Country Inn & Suites by Radisson because they canceled us last minute during our event and we were not refunded properly and we complained about this Country inn & suites by Radisson but they told us ki ap koi aur you give le lo and that's it.

Everything was good
We booked the County Inn in South Delhi for a wedding and everything was very nicely presented. All types of food were freshly prepared and all were good. The decoration was also very good and the staff was really very cooperative. The quality of service was really good and I was happy with it.

Great experience, great hospitality and great food!
We had a destination wedding so everything was planned on the spot. Everything was quite organized and well taken care of. The food was delicious. Only part of the decoration was missing and I suggest that you definitely need to talk and agree on your requirements. Everything went well as far as the staff, management and their hospitality were excellent!

This was the place for all the weddings. The food was extremely good. The handling and all the shots were pretty good. All the guests appreciated the food and the place was perfect.

Really good place!
This place is really good! The staff was so professional and helpful. Even the arrangements and decoration were excellent and beautifully done. We really enjoyed our event here. The food was also very tasty and everyone complimented us on the same.

Great hotel!
This place is really good. Everything went well, but the only thing they need to work on is that the infrastructure looks very old and needs to be renovated. Otherwise the hospitality was amazing. Great food and great decoration!

Substandard and low quality services
Substandard and poor quality service
They forced us to hire home decorators who charged us Rs. 3.5 lacs, but he made decorations worth even 35,000
complete waste of time and money. Country Inn Management has not responded to my emails in the last 6 months - I send regularly but no one seems to be held accountable after taking my money and perfectly ruining my big event!!
