Close to everything but busy and full of pilots and flight crew, the room smelled of chlorine for 3 days and we both had headaches. If you need to arrange an extra day or longer check out they are always full so we checked out as required at 12pm and when we got to the airport in the evening at 11pm and boarded the plane we were exhausted . They cannot help you with a place to shower or change after you check out. The bellhop held your bags but it didn't seem safe. Don't expect much service from this location, you get what you pay for. Valet parking is also 50.00 per day. We would not stay here again.

Have already recommended this accommodation since our stay. Our room was perfect for three women. The pool deck is very nice and not too crowded - easy to find a seat. The location is great! The entrance to the International Marketplace is right across the street and the Waikiki Market is right next door where you can buy any groceries or ready meals you could desire. I would definitely stay here again.

It was close to a lot of shops which was a plus. The first room we were given was terrible as we opted for a double room and a city view. When we got our room, my floor and a parking lot was locked in, no airflow on the balcony. So we had to upgrade for $40.00 per night. Then we rented a car for 1 night and had to pay $55.00 for parking 1 night even though we were hotel guests. They said we get 3 credits a day but didn't say you have to use the same day or you lose them. The pool was small.

Dissatisfied: Amenities, property condition and facilities
The only positive thing about this hotel is the location, housekeeping and porters. The front desk staff is the rudest I have ever encountered. Forget asking for tour assistance at the tour desk. They are very limited with their options and even then had no availability. The attached restaurant is a poor excuse for a breakfast option. DO NOT choose the breakfast option. We prepaid for breakfast but ate elsewhere as the food was absolutely disgusting. Expedia didn't help either. Expedia also posted a price for the resort fee, but it's actually more than Expedia recommends. So be prepared to pay more than what's on your Expedia booking. If you are looking for a hotel because of its great location, please book. If you want to feel welcome, book elsewhere.

Very misleading website, nothing was as seen on the website. The room was tiny, nothing in the fridge - not even a bottle of water, I ask about food or where the restaurant is on the property and was told there are restaurants outside on the strip. To top off my disappointment, my credit card was charged an additional $206.25 after paying over $2500 for flight and hotel 😞😔
